How Private Mortgage Group works
Private Mortgage Group sources deserving borrowers through its broker relationships with Top Mortgage Companies in Texas.
Those companies prequalify deserving borrowers to the guidelines of our program. Borrowers go "home shopping" with their Realtor of choice. Once under contract, the fun begins. Our loan officers complete the application, order title, appraisal, and survey. They send the required disclosures to the borrower, help them pick homeowner insurance. The borrower orders home inspections, turns in earnest money, pays for the appraisal, takes the First Time Home Buyer course, and turns in proof of identity and income.
Once everything is in and ready for review it is sent to Underwriting and gets a thorough review. Checking credit, reviewing income and tax documents, Appraisal review. title review, ID matching, compliance with underwriting guidelines, and all government rules.
When the file is clear to close, we match the loan with one of our Private Investors and send them wiring instructions. Our team prepares the final Closing Disclosures, matches with the closing title company, prepares the entire closing package, reviews the signed documents, authorizes disbursement, and sends disbursements instruction. Post-closing send the required documents to the Loan Servicer for set up. They follow up, making sure payments went where they were instructed. Request copies of record Deeds of Trust, file assignments, and send allonges, collateral packages, and Title policies to the loan owner.
